A template to complete with the client: context, work carried out, deliverables and documented outcomes.

The initial need
Describe the starting point, the client’s need and the project constraints. Identify the sector and product only where publication has been authorised.
Our work
Explain the work actually carried out by Big Project, the main decisions and the contribution of each discipline. Distinguish the team’s work from that of clients and partners.
Materials and deliverables
List what was actually delivered, such as drawings, documents, components or visual content where relevant. Add approved photographs or videos with captions explaining what they show.
Project outcomes
Include only outcomes that can be verified and have been approved. For each figure, state the reference point, conditions and source. Where measurements are unavailable, describe the concrete outcome without percentages or promises.
